Shipping is done via USPS first class mail or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of your order and/or preference, which can be selected at checkout. Please allow a minimum of 2-4 days to process your order and an additional 2-7 days to receive your item. All domestic purchases include tracking information. You can choose to purchase insurance for an additional fee. Please let me know in advance if you would like insurance, before you pay for your purchase. Tracking information is included with every order within the US. You will receive an email after your order has shipped with your tracking information. You are also able to view the status of your order as well as your tracking information by logging into your accout. Alternatively, you can log into your Paypal account and view your tracking information via the recent activity page.
International
International orders are mailed via USPS. Please allow a 4 day processing time & a minimum of 14 business days for delivery. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Please keep in mind that, although it occurs very rarely, packages have been known to take up to 8 weeks to arrive due to being held up in customs. Please also note that USPS first class international orders do not include tracking information. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, I am unable to find out further information on the whereabouts of the package. If you would like tracking information, especially if your order is larger, I recommend upgrading to USPS Priority Mail International. It is much more costly, but I am able to provide you with a tracking number. If you have chosen the first class mail international option, you will receive a CUSTOMS RECEIPT NUMBER when your order ships. This is NOT a tracking number. All this number tells you is that the package was mailed and on what date. - Privacy & Security
- Kawaii Tape does not store any payment information. All payments are made via Paypal's secure server.
- Returns & Replacements
- I love Kawaii Tape & I hope you will too! In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unopened items for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that postage fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Please notify Kawaii Tape within 7 days of receipt of item for return instructions
- Ordering
- When you are ready to checkout, please head to your shopping cart. From this page you are able to calculate your total shipping charge before proceeding to checkout. Select your preferred shipping option and then press the big, blue 'proceed to checkout' button. From the checkout page, you can choose to either login to your account, register an account, or proceed with the checkout as a guest. You are not required to register an account in order to checkout, but registering does have numerous benefits including the ability to track your order progress via Kawaii Tape's website. Continue through the transaction process. You will be redirected to Paypal to finish the transaction. Your transaction is not complete until you complete payment via Paypal.

- All payments are processed through Paypal as this is the fastest, most secure method for online purchases. You are not required to currently have or sign up for a Paypal account to utilize this payment gateway.
- Viewing Orders
- If you sign up for an account, you may input your username and password on the 'My Account' page to view the details of your order at any time.
- Updating Account Information
- Information regarding your account may be updated at anytime by visiting the 'My Account' link at the top right hand side of any page.
